“Let The Mothers Go Out To Play” Bookmark
Educator Charlotte Mason encouraged mothers to do for themselves what they do for their children in order to have happier households. “Let the mother’s go out to play!” Charlotte said in her Volume 1 Home Education. What does play look like for you as a mother?

“Children Are Born Persons” Coloring Sheet
This quote is the most foundational principle of Charlotte Mason’s work. Every child is born as a unique humans with his or her own set of gifts, talents and personality. As we are reading Modern Miss Mason by Leah Boden in our Storied Motherhood bookclub, this is the first principle she presents from Charlotte Mason.
I designed this coloring sheet myself but was inspired by the artwork on Leah Boden’s book with all the butterflies! I printed this coloring sheet on card stock and colored it in with a new pack of colored pencils. Enjoy this coloring sheet and “play” for a minute as a mother!

Charlotte Mason advocated for living books. Alive, written by passionate authors, and in a narrative style that told a story! Here I have listed on the books each of Charlotte Mason’s Volumes as well as Modern Miss Mason by Leah Boden.
